β€’ You must live in one of the following US States: Colorado, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin β€’ Lead our new business team, partnerships and sales operations β€’ Drive new logos and revenue β€’ Mentor our sales teams while improving processes, talk tracks, and product demonstrations β€’ Oversee day-to-day operations and lead strategy development to drive operational excellence β€’ Collaborate with senior leadership to execute corporate strategic plans β€’ Improve performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue-generating departments β€’ Monitor revenue pipeline and leads for sustainable growth

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of proven leadership in Sales at B2B Enterprise sales organizations β€’ Experience in subscription and renewal-based business processes (pricing negotiation, objection handling) β€’ Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models β€’ Ability to forecast and target prospective opportunities with appropriate sales strategies β€’ Ability to monitor the pipeline, analyze opportunities, and provide competitive strategies and tactics β€’ Inspirational coach/mentor to professionals at varying levels β€’ Must be able to train and coach sales reps to increase ability to navigate complex sales and drive to increased close rates β€’ Knowledge of MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodology a plus β€’ Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to deliver insights and drive effective decision-making β€’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead customer presentations β€’ Ability to lead by example and inspire the team through active, hands-on leadership β€’ Extensive industry experience while thoroughly understanding the demands of the industry β€’ Problem solver with the ability to come up with creative solutions and resolve blockers β€’ Ability to travel 25% of the time
