• As VP of Operations & Sales, you will empower and support community Executive Directors to deliver exceptional resident experiences. • With a focus on operational excellence, you will oversee budgets, expenses, and standards to drive efficiencies and achieve optimal profitability. • You’ll build high-performing teams that align with our culture, foster a sense of community, and ensure each location operates efficiently within budgetary and financial goals. • Your oversight of community level sales and marketing activities will be key to achieving revenue and occupancy objectives. • Partnering with corporate leaders, Executive Directors, and sales teams, you will drive sustainable growth and elevate the living experience across our vibrant, hospitality-driven communities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership with a track record of team development and execution of operational strategies. • Strong business/financial acumen with an ability to manage budgets, financial plans, and performance analytics. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to set and execute strategic initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering collaboration in fast-paced environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
