🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, ideally within the nonprofit or mission-driven sector. • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and align them with value-based solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is helpful; training can be provided. • Comfortable operating in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment.
