β’ Play a pivotal role in driving sales, closing new accounts, and growing BoomPop revenue β’ Identify new business opportunities and hit monthly sales targets β’ Build and maintain client relationships β’ Manage a high-volume inbound and outbound pipeline β’ Engage with prospective clients and manage the full client journey throughout the sales process β’ Craft sales strategies, analyze customer needs, and find solutions that unlock untapped potential β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects β’ Identify and anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions β’ Be a BoomPop expert, stay up-to-date on our products and services β’ Effectively communicate our unique value proposition and our offerings to clients β’ Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline using HubSpot β’ Track and report on sales performance, consistently exceeding quotas β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, and customer success, to ensure a consistent client experience
β’ 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales β’ Experience in a fast-paced startup environment β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients or customers β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β’ A strategic mindset coupled with a data-driven approach to sales β’ Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, and other analytics tools β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β’ Ownership and commitment to accurate forecasting
