• Implement sales strategies & negotiate contracts for residential MDU properties • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business objectives • Maintain and update CRM with current status for each lead and opportunity • Prospect building owners, property managers, and developers • Generate new leads with targeted multi-dwelling units • Conduct presentations to managers and developers • Communicate progress and results with sales leadership through Salesforce • Negotiate and manage contracts including renewals and new contracts • Follow up on all leads, inquiries, complaints, and other messages
• BA or BBA degree with a concentration in Management, Finance, or Real Estate, or equivalent demonstrated work experience • Five years of experience in sales preferably in telecommunications and/or Multifamily housing, property management • Strong written and oral communications skills • Must be able to consistently represent the Company in a positive and professional manner • Must possess a high level of initiative • Must be detailed oriented • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation • Must be a self-starter able to work in a team environment • Ability to work occasional weekend events is required • Excellent organizational, communication, and math skills are essential • PC skills to include experience with MS 365 and strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Salesforce.com experience; CRM and billing systems experience a plus
