β€’ As the first Customer Success in the US,  β€’ Develop user manual / training material for users to utilize BoostDraft β€’ Understand the attorney's work and provide an explanation of which BoostDraft features are useful in each case. β€’ Conduct interviews with customers to understand inefficiencies in their daily work, categorize pain points, and collaborate with Product Managers to put new features on the product roadmap

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2 years of working experience as a transactional lawyer β€’ Strong interest in working at an early-stage startup and cutting-edge technology β€’ Good at writing and explaining features. Eager to develop user manuals and onboard videos β€’ Highly skilled in soft communication and the ability to handle complex request
