📋 Description

• As an Account Executive, you will be integral in driving Botkeeper's growth within the B2B SaaS accounting vertical. • This role involves more than just closing deals; it's about creating value through selling both our products and services. • You will own the account throughout its lifecycle, focused on acquiring new business as well as identifying opportunities for account upgrades. • Responsibilities Include: • Mastering Botkeeper’s sales techniques and strategies. • Obtain certification in and utilize company tools and processes. • Skillfully handling both inbound sales and proactive outbound/ABM efforts. • Identifying and nurturing leads and prospects through to successful deal closure. • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned. • Engaging prospects with compelling online product demonstrations. • Employing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and offering tailored solutions. • Meet quantitative metrics on calls, emails, demos, proposals and other KPIs. • Forecasting your sales performance. • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal • A deep passion for sales and a drive to exceed goals • The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proven experience in achieving and surpassing sales quotas • An intrinsic sense of motivation • The ability to deal with objections • Ample experience hitting or exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS or related field sales role • Preferred: Knowledge of accounting practices and systems, Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Nice to Have: Familiarity with accounting practices and systems/experience selling to CPAs/Accountants, HubSpot CRM/Sales Tools experience, Bachelor’s degree in a business-related program
