• Directly qualify, develop, and close deals that drive $3-5MM calendar year ‘New Business’ revenue with $10-15MM in TCV • Qualify and nurture opportunities at every stage of the business development funnel: initial engagement, needs assessment, opportunity framing, qualification, proposal creation, contract negotiations, close • Support sales revenue forecasting, resource/staffing forecasting, and annual budgeting processes • Navigate power structures of client and target organizations to identify and build connections with key decision-makers and uncover business opportunities • Drive prospecting/cross-sell/up-sell efforts with current and prospective clients; proactively communicate capabilities and offerings to generate leads, successfully qualify and identify opportunities, grow the scope of business, and establish long-term partnerships • Partner with solution and competency leads to develop differentiated win strategies, strategic vision, BxA’s value proposition, and right-to-win • Deliver inspirational, winning proposals and presentations that articulate and demonstrate BxA’s unique position and value (vs. cost) to envision and build robust digital experiences
• 3+ years of experience successfully closing strategic deals worth $3MM+ in annual revenue at a digital-first agency/consultancy • 5+ years of experience establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing executive-level (VP, SVP, C-suite) marketing and IT leaders within the dining, QSR, restaurant, convenience store, and/or hospitality industries • Knowledge of current and emerging restaurant and convenience store technology platforms such as Olo, Punchh, Radar, Yext, etc. • Demonstrable understanding of management consulting, customer experience, technology, product development, and digital marketing • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence executive-level leadership • Exceptional written communication skills; the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications • Strong listening skills; a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into win strategies • Experience managing relationships in leveraging a global delivery team • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
