Description

• Bounteous x Accolite makes the future faster for the world's most ambitious brands. • Our services span Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Marketing. • Seeking a Senior Solution Lead to join our rapidly growing team. • This role sits at the intersection of the sales and delivery sides of Bounteous x Accolite. • Solution Leads leverage relationships, experience, and expertise to influence and achieve positive outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions • 3+ years of experience at a digital-first agency/consultancy, with a focus on sales, project estimation, and delivery • Knowledge of key concepts across a wide variety of disciplines, with depth/specialty in strategy, digital design, software development, and/or digital analytics development • Expertise in methodologies including Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking • Deep experience with at least one partner product, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
