• Responsible for leading and guiding the day-to-day operations of the web development team • Works collaboratively with various members of the marketing and IT departments • Leads a high-performance web development team to execute on strategies for web enhancements • Oversees execution of web development and design projects and deliverables • Ensures clear communication and quality deliverables are provided to appropriate parties • Responsible for development and design of all marketing web systems • Develops strategies and action plans to move web development practices and technology to the forefront • Collaborates cross-departmentally with IT development and technology teams • Provides technical architecture leadership in relation to new project discovery, design, development, and deployment • Holds operational team meetings to review projects • Drives innovation in thought and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution • Minimum of 7 years’ experience building web applications • 4 years’ work experience building web applications with an unrelated bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution may substitute for education requirements • 4 years’ work experience building web applications with an associate degree from an accredited institution may substitute for education requirements • 5+ years’ experience using PHP and MySQL to build dynamic websites or web applications • 3+ years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build dynamic websites or web applications • 3+ years of experience with React, Angular or Vue • 3+ years of experience working with Drupal • 2+ years of experience with Symfony or Laravel frameworks • 2+ years of experience working on a team using agile methodologies • 2+ years of experience working on a team utilizing GIT for source code management • Preferred 2+ years of experience working with Wordpress • Minimum of 2 years leading and developing high-performance teams
