Description

• Fully remote role supporting a territory based in Columbus, OH or Detroit, MI • Spearhead execution and implementation of branded marketing programs and offers • Collaborate with customers, Marketing, and Sales to drive growth • Provide expert guidance to enhance consumer experience at bp/Amoco retail sites • Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of programs for customer satisfaction • Ensure operational excellence in local deployment of marketing initiatives and programs • Build awareness and capability of marketing plans among Sales and customers • Act as subject matter expert for marketing issues and competitive landscape • Drive consumer acquisition and retention through loyalty and marketing programs • Assist in onboarding new customers into bp systems and managing fuel quality program • Jointly accountable for delivering territory mobility targets and identifying risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a front-line sales, marketing, or operations role • Minimum of 3 years of performance analysis and/or business consulting experience • Strong relationship management and influencing experience • Solid presentation and facilitation skills • Self-motivated and proactive in managing own accountabilities • Time Management and Prioritization of activities is imperative • Strong ability to coach for improved performance • Analytical skills with the ability to assess commercial scenarios
