• At Hawkes Learning, we are committed to helping educators pursue student success by developing innovative products and providing excellent service. • We are seeking Customer Support Agents that have earned an undergraduate degree or are in the process of it and have a passion for helping students at colleges and universities around the country. • The seasonal position will begin on January 6th, 2025, and is expected to last 5 to 6 weeks. • This is a remote position that requires access to a strong, stable internet connection in a quiet environment. • Upon being hired, a company issued laptop will be shipped to use for the duration of the position. • The laptop and any accompanying equipment are required to be shipped back immediately upon completion of the position. • Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide excellent phone support to customers. • Customer follow-up with updates regarding their questions or requests. • Develop a strong understanding of the Hawkes Learning products and customer tools. • Work with other teams inside the company on projects.

Requirements

• Passionate about customer service and always having a friendly, polite, and positive attitude. • On time and available online for daily work shift. • Likes to explore new products and technologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to explain complex information easily and concisely. • Enjoys problem solving and finding creative solutions to challenges. • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once. • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications.
