β€’ At Hawkes Learning, we are committed to helping educators pursue student success by developing innovative products and providing excellent service. β€’ We are seeking Customer Support Agents that have earned an undergraduate degree or are in the process of it and have a passion for helping students at colleges and universities around the country. β€’ The seasonal position will begin on January 6th, 2025, and is expected to last 5 to 6 weeks. β€’ This is a remote position that requires access to a strong, stable internet connection in a quiet environment. β€’ Upon being hired, a company issued laptop will be shipped to use for the duration of the position. β€’ The laptop and any accompanying equipment are required to be shipped back immediately upon completion of the position. β€’ Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide excellent phone support to customers. β€’ Customer follow-up with updates regarding their questions or requests. β€’ Develop a strong understanding of the Hawkes Learning products and customer tools. β€’ Work with other teams inside the company on projects.

Requirements

β€’ Passionate about customer service and always having a friendly, polite, and positive attitude. β€’ On time and available online for daily work shift. β€’ Likes to explore new products and technologies. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Able to explain complex information easily and concisely. β€’ Enjoys problem solving and finding creative solutions to challenges. β€’ Able to juggle multiple tasks at once. β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications.
