•We are looking for a CRM Content Developer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! •This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers. •In this role, you will bring a strong background in design and CRM-focused content creation to lead innovative, customer-centric experiences across email, loyalty, and app channels. •You'll be at the forefront of shaping CRM communications that drive engagement and commercial impact.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven experience designing content for CRM channels including email, loyalty, and mobile app. •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). •Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD with experience building and managing design systems. •Understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive layout best practices. •Solid grasp of typography, layout, and brand consistency. •Ability to create production-ready design files and collaborate closely with developers. •Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders. •Familiarity with HTML/CSS for improved collaboration with development teams and troubleshooting design implementation issues. •Passion for beauty, lifestyle, or travel-related brands with an eye for digital storytelling. •Experience mentoring other designers or leading creative reviews. •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
