📋 Description

• Serves as a highly adept technical resource for a portfolio of clients • Provides incident and request resolution • Ensures client cases are logged, triaged, qualified, and prioritized • Resolves cases in accordance with Client Success standard operating procedures • Collaborates with FCT colleagues and SDM to balance workloads • Manages and resolves client cases including triaging incidents • Coordinates with internal teams to resolve incidents • Translates client needs into design specifications • Develops training materials and conducts user training • Proactively monitors the health of client environments • Acts as a point of technical escalation for FCT members • Contributes to team knowledge by sharing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or business-related field • JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred • 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing professional services position for Technical Success Manager • Superior communication and presentation skills required • Strong interpersonal skills required
