📋 Description
• This is a remote position. Product Manager – SaaS / CRM / API • We’re partnering with a leading North American SaaS company that's redefining how professionals manage complex workflows through smart, scalable digital platforms. • They’re now hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of a product line - driving user value and delivering measurable business outcomes. • This role is ideal for a product thinker with strong CRM (especially Salesforce) experience, deep familiarity with API integrations, and a love for building intuitive, data-informed features that matter. • Be the voice of the customer: translate real needs into clear product requirements • Own and shape the roadmap, prioritize features that deliver impact • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing • Define and track key KPIs, adjusting based on performance and insights • Guide agile sprints, from ideation through launch and iteration • Run business reviews and contribute to product strategy discussions • Stay on top of industry trends and help define what’s next
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS environment • Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, and API integrations • Strong understanding of agile product development • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills • Ability to turn insights into actions, and strategy into shipped features • Bonus Points: Background in real estate tech, accounting systems, or financial software; Experience with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or product discovery methods; Ability to understand and translate technical concepts
