📋 Description

• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct technical activities to accomplish strategic goals. • Present proposals, reports, and findings to Enterprise and Education customers, demonstrating the value of Surface devices and PCs. • Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees' work within the Inbound Sales team, ensuring staff development and competence maintenance. • Analyze technology trends, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and alignment with strategic priorities. • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to define project specifications and procedures. • Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Drive Go-to-Market strategy for AI-based solutions in Federal, FinTech, and/or Health industries, leading strategy planning and execution efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex business environments. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques to maximize efficiency. • Familiarity with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
