Description

• Manage and expand customer accounts within the assigned territory. • Use market analysis data and customer knowledge to develop and implement sales strategies. • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management. • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and forecasts. • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads. • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers. • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related life sciences field required. • At least five years of related experience is required. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
