Description
• Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions • Collaborate with business and marketing teams for requirements • Architect efficient solutions for campaigns and journeys • Customize SFMC features including API integrations • Ensure optimal performance of the Marketing Cloud environment • Guide and mentor a team of SFMC developers • Develop data models and integration strategies • Lead configuration of customer journeys and campaigns • Partner with marketing, IT, and analytics teams • Ensure solutions comply with regulations and standards • Provide technical documentation and training
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • At least 2-3 years in a technical lead role • Proven experience in designing and developing complex SFMC solutions • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features • Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, JavaScript • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs • Understanding of marketing automation best practices • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills • Excellent communication skills
