• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; (MBA a plus) • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or sales enablement, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment • Proven experience with sales commission, incentives, and compensation design. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other AI sales technologies • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets. • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
