• At Liquid Web our commitment to excellence is as solid as our foundation. • As a customer-focused and the most reliable Web Hosting company, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch hosting solutions tailored to our customer’s needs. • Our remote-friendly culture champions flexibility, ensuring our team can thrive wherever they call home. • The Sr. Manager/Director of Sales Strategy & Ops position is a full-time remote role offering a competitive salary of $150K to $200K as well as a comprehensive performance based bonus package based on experience and geographic location. • The Sr. Manager/Director of Sales Strategy & Operations will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales strategy and operations to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. • This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing sales processes, optimizing tools and technologies, and overseeing the development and administration of commission and incentive programs. • You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support our sales force in meeting and exceeding targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; (MBA a plus) • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or sales enablement, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment • Proven experience with sales commission, incentives, and compensation design. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other AI sales technologies • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets. • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
