β€’ Own and execute the strategy and daily management of our performance channels including but not limited to paid social, search and display β€’ Drive the planning and budget allocation between channels β€” optimizing for channel-specific KPIs β€’ Develop and maintain metric reports / dashboards that track performance and efficiency β€’ Own the audience and targeting strategy across channels β€’ Oversee and collaborate with our agency partners β€” ensuring strategic implementation and performance β€’ Help inform recommendations for acquisition strategies (new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options) β€’ Work closely with product and sales teams to improve both inbound and outbound marketing efforts by developing and refining our funnels by channel β€’ Proactively test and analyze our creative, messaging, offerings and landing pages in partnership with our design team β€’ Concept and own experiments on acquisition channels, using data to drive decision-making β€’ Build relationships with our platform and demand-gen partners (Google, Facebook, etc.), leading the testing of new ad products and beta features β€’ Partner with the larger marketing team on brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement

Requirements

β€’ 5-7+ years of experience in a growth marketing / paid social role β€’ Experience working directly in-house within the B2B space β€’ A track record of managing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (from set-up through to execution) β€’ Strong analytical skills β€” must understand data and how to action it β€’ An understanding of general web and app technology: cookies, pixels, SDKs, tracking, tagging, APIs β€’ Experience working with a large and complex customer base β€’ An integrated marketing mindset and understanding of the interplay between offline vs. online, brand vs. performance marketing β€’ A deep understanding of platform trends, the ability to think two steps ahead and look around the corner β€’ The ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term needs and ad-hoc needs / requests β€’ A growth mindset.
