Description

• We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Junior Account Manager (JAM) to support a team in managing client accounts. • Collaborate closely with the Senior Account Manager (SAM) to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. • Proactively address client needs, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of each studio account. • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as Gross Sales, Leads Added, Memberships Sold, and Conversion Rates.

Requirements

• Willingness to make 150-250 outbound calls per day to engage with prospects and clients. • Strong sales mentality with a focus on achieving and exceeding quotas. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Ability to work remotely in an environment with little to no distractions. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Ability to think critically and proactively develop strategies for studio growth. • Experience with CRM systems is a plus. • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute effectively to a remote team environment.
