β€’ Develops business while retaining and servicing clients for financing needs β€’ Identifies and pursues new leads through cold calling and referrals β€’ Conducts phone meetings with potential clients β€’ Communicates information regarding company products to clients β€’ Negotiates terms and agreements to secure deals β€’ Stays updated on industry trends and market conditions β€’ Prepares and presents customized client solutions β€’ Maintains understanding of all product offerings

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) β€’ One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience (preferred) β€’ Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals β€’ Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools
