Description

• Develops business while retaining and servicing clients for financing needs • Identifies and pursues new leads through cold calling and referrals • Conducts phone meetings with potential clients • Communicates information regarding company products to clients • Negotiates terms and agreements to secure deals • Stays updated on industry trends and market conditions • Prepares and presents customized client solutions • Maintains understanding of all product offerings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) • One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience (preferred) • Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools
