β€’ Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence β€’ Call new and existing insureds for cross sell opportunities, quote and bind personal lines policies and retain accounts to deepen relationships with our client β€’ Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures, document electronic files accordingly β€’ Respond to clients’ needs by producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items β€’ Maintain client files in our Agency Management System for processing all transactions β€’ Process daily incoming mail, emails, voice mails and faxes follow up to ensure timely responses β€’ Renew policies by agency standards β€’ Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations β€’ Adhering to all other automation procedures β€’ Handle cancellations with care, saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelines

Requirements

β€’ 1 Year of Insurance, customer service and or sales experience. β€’ Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for California and/or Nevada β€’ Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload. β€’ Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others. β€’ Able to work under pressure and time constraints. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
