β’ Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence β’ Call new and existing insureds for cross sell opportunities, quote and bind personal lines policies and retain accounts to deepen relationships with our client β’ Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures, document electronic files accordingly β’ Respond to clientsβ needs by producing binders, certificates, policies and other related items β’ Maintain client files in our Agency Management System for processing all transactions β’ Process daily incoming mail, emails, voice mails and faxes follow up to ensure timely responses β’ Renew policies by agency standards β’ Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations β’ Adhering to all other automation procedures β’ Handle cancellations with care, saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelines
β’ 1 Year of Insurance, customer service and or sales experience. β’ Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for California and/or Nevada β’ Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload. β’ Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others. β’ Able to work under pressure and time constraints. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
