📋 Description

• Associate Director of Statistical Programming will lead statistical programming activities for multiple studies and programming submission-related activities. • Responsible for guiding and validating CRO programming deliverables while collaborating with internal and external teams for results reporting and regulatory submissions. • Play a crucial role in offering programming support across various stages of clinical trials to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. • Oversee quality management of CRO’s work, collaborating with Biostatisticians, Clinical Data Managers, and others to enhance process efficiency and quality. • Provide expertise on production and validation of tables, figures, and listings, ensuring adherence to quality standards. • Oversee programming support for relevant deliverables, including regulatory submissions and creating CDISC compliant datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• MS, BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, or other suitable qualification with relevance to the field. • At least 10 years of Statistical Programming experience in biotech, pharmaceutical industry, or CRO. • Strong hands-on SAS programming skills, expertise in EDC databases, CDASH, CDISC, and SDTM/ADaM standards. • A comprehensive understanding of SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT/, SAS/GRAPH and SAS macro languages. • A demonstrable record of strong leadership and teamwork, ability to work within cross-functional teams. • Proficient in managing multiple projects, able to prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges, and execute actions effectively. • Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned projects.
