Description

• Lead IT Strategy for Supply Chain: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy. • System Management: Oversee management and optimization of key supply chain platforms including SAP S/4HANA, TraceLink. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure supply chain systems meet global regulatory standards and maintain compliance. • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers ensuring SLAs are met. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders from Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams. • Project Leadership: Lead design, implementation, and delivery of supply chain IT projects. • Audit & Security Oversight: Collaborate with auditors to maintain high standards of system security. • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

• Experienced Leader: 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in life sciences, supply chain systems, and regulatory environments. • Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, TraceLink, and master data management. Experience with integrating SAP with FICO is a plus. • Regulatory Savvy: Well-versed in GxP, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards with experience leading teams through compliance audits. • Innovative Thinker: Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and always looking for ways to optimize processes. • Collaborative Communicator: Excel at working cross-functionally with business and technical teams to drive consensus and deliver impactful solutions. • Project Management Pro: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects, meeting timelines, and managing budgets. • Team Player & Mentor: Collaborative leader who fosters an inclusive, innovative team culture and enjoys mentoring and developing talent.
