Description
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms • Use predictive analytics to forecast workforce changes • Mine and analyze data from structured and unstructured sources • Create data mining architectures/models • Collaborate with HR COE’s to identify key performance indicators • Present findings to senior leadership using visualizations • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations • Evaluate and recommend products for accelerated learning and analytics • Develop processes to monitor model performance and data accuracy • Enhance data collection procedures for analytic systems
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics or related field • 5 years of experience as a data scientist on HR or People Analytics team • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python) • Strong understanding of machine learning techniques • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques • Experience with large datasets and data wrangling • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Team player with a problem-solving mindset
