Description

• Based in Denver, Cologix leads in network-neutral interconnection and hyperscale edge data centers. • Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner / Senior Manager, HR to enhance employee relations and performance management. • Must be bilingual, fluent in French and English, with HR best practices understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and performance management. • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the US and Canada. • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential. • Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred. • Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
