Description

•Shake Shack's Senior Manager, People Technology will lead a team responsible for Workday solutions. •Partner with leaders to align technology services to business goals while ensuring data security. •Manage people technology projects, improve HR processes through technology, and mentor the team.

Requirements

•Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Computer Science, Business or other related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus). •Workday Pro, SHRM, SDLC, ITIL, PMP/Agile certifications are preferred •Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/HRIS Technology with at least 2 years managing Workday, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment. •Deep knowledge in key Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Leave Management, Core and Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruitment, Learn, Journeys, Help Knowledge and Case Management, and or Prism Analytics is preferred. •Supervisory Experience 3-5 years direct oversight of remote and or hybrid teams. •Related Experience: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment •Ability to hire, train, and retain top talent •Strong leadership and communication skills •Experience managing remote and hybrid teams
