β€’ Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of Workday HCM β€’ Dedicated support for Talent, Compensation and Peakon modules β€’ Manage upgrades, patches, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned β€’ Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement β€’ Lead optimization projects to help the organization realize the full potential of Workday β€’ Ability to generate complex reports and analytics β€’ Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and plans by providing meaningful data to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture align to drive business results β€’ Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends with a focus on developing Workday, service delivery and support β€’ Work in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing conflicting demands, prioritizing projects while demonstrating a positive, 'can-do' attitude β€’ Build positive and influential relationships and partnerships with managers as well as employees

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2-3 years Workday HCM experience as a hands-on System Administrator β€’ 2+ years of HR technology experience in a large organization (1000+ employees) with an increasingly complex business environment β€’ Knowledge of general business processes and how data and software applications support them β€’ Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy with HR solutions β€’ Advanced knowledge of Workday and Microsoft 365 β€’ Must be highly autonomous and self-motivated; demonstrating sound judgment, initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency β€’ Must have demonstrated natural leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) β€’ Ability to work expeditiously, adapt to continually changing priorities, and demonstrate analytical skills
