β’ WinnCompanies is in search of an energetic and dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our Fort Wainwright military team. β’ Responsible for providing talent acquisition support, executing weekly payroll activities, serving as liaison for leaves of absence, and ensuring new hire onboarding is executed in a timely manner. β’ This position reports to the Senior Human Resources Generalist. β’ Pay range of $18.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience, adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm or 9am - 6pm. β’ Role supports sites located in Alaska, Arizona, and New Mexico; this is a remote opportunity.
β’ High school diploma or GED equivalent. β’ 3-5 years of relevant work experience. β’ Proficiency with computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems including Dayforce, HireRight and Lever. β’ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. β’ Experience providing virtual/remote support across various time zones. β’ Proficiency in relationship building and communication. β’ Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. β’ Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws across various states. β’ Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure. β’ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
