Description

• Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for HR system support, analysis, testing, reporting, and design improvement. • Consult with key leaders to identify business needs and document objectives. • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop human resources systems. • Provide technical assistance in systems development. • Develop and maintain Workday testing plans and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience • Workday HCM configuration required; build experience and/or configuration with other Workday modules very helpful • 5+ years of experience supporting Human Resources systems required • 2+ years leading and managing project teams preferred • PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred • Displays analytical/critical thinking skills; able to solve complex problems using a sequential system. • Excellent communication skills including both presentation and written skills.
