Description
• Reddit seeks a motivated Senior People Operations Analyst to leverage data for insights • You will influence business decisions across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and more • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leaders to deliver data-driven solutions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science) • 7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
