Description

• Act as the main HR Business Partner to the Revenue organization’s leadership team • Partner closely with leadership on processes and people practices • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements • Support implementation of Company-wide people initiatives • Collaborate with the global People team to champion a culture of excellence • Provide counsel on complex employee relations situations • Monitor the employee “pulse” for engagement

Requirements

• 12+ years in a senior HR role within a fast-paced organization • at least 6+ years in a business partner/employee relations position • prior experience of growth and organizational transformation • strong communicator with the ability to prioritize • effective coaching and facilitation skills • in-depth knowledge of HR practices and regulations • effective analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • passion for innovative HR solutions
