Description

• BeiGene is seeking a solution-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager, HRIS Integrations who will strategically assess, design and deliver Workday and other technical solutions that drive and sustain operational excellence and efficiency. • This individual will act as a technical expert and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external partners, to ensure that integrations are aligned with business needs and compliant with best practices. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, PICOF, PECI, XSLT and other Workday integration technologies. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand both functional and technical integration requirements. • Oversee integration strategy and prioritization, working closely with Application Engineer to manage timelines and deliverables in alignment with key business objectives. • Create detailed technical specifications, process documents, and integration maps for Workday interfaces. • Monitor and maintain existing integrations, making updates and improvements as necessary. • Actively engage in technical discussions and integration related activities including audits, release management and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Workday with at least 7+ years of hands-on development and system administration experience. • Experience implementing and managing Workday HCM, with a strong familiarity of the Workday business process framework. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including; identifying business requirements, crafting creative technical solutions, integrating and implementing solutions, and providing system maintenance and support. • Hands-on experience creating custom reports and knowledge of Workday security. • Must be analytical, proactive, and passionate about leveraging technology to build efficiencies. • Strong understanding of HR processes and how decisions impact downstream systems, processes and the end user experience. • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and MS Office. • Intermediate / Advanced experience using MS Excel. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coming up with innovative solutions under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to a wide variety of audiences. • Experience in a global pharma organization is a plus.
