• Partner with Engineering organization to execute strategic workforce planning program. • Drive workforce planning activities and deliver actionable insights. • Identify and manage strategic initiatives to close workforce gaps. • Own outcomes of demand plans and align with workforce strategies. • Consult on best practices with business leaders. • Conduct workforce gap analysis using analytics dashboard. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams on workforce strategies. • Assess effectiveness of workforce planning efforts and identify improvement opportunities. • Develop communication strategies to promote transparency and report progress.
• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years’ of experience in Human Resources or Business Operations • 3+ years' of experience in Workforce Planning and Analytics • 3+ years of experience partnering and presenting to global stakeholders across multiple time zones • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formula modeling and analysis • Experience working with engineering/technology teams. • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. • Experience telling a story using data and extracting key insights, helping stakeholders drive action. • Ability to work autonomously and drive solutions and outcomes. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced organization, project management, and communication skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, experience interpreting workforce plans and forecasts. • Experience with data/analytics models and tools. • Ability to dive into deeper reasons “why” and “how” workforce changes occurred that impact the organization. • Demonstrated relationship building skills, with a superior ability to make things happen using positive influence. • Ability to work effectively, gain credibility, and respect for others. • Ability to lead and influence others for positive outcomes and team efforts. • Ability to develop communication strategy to create shared expectations, promote transparency, and report progress to stakeholders. • Experience with Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition processes. • Collaborative; able to develop successful partnerships with customers and peers. • Experienced as Analytics Business Partner preferred. • Knowledge of Workday or other workforce planning technologies. • Experience communicating complex ideas consistently and clearly. • History of making an impact, developing, and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long term
