β’ We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Dora Team. β’ This role is vital in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and onboarding and offboarding activities. β’ You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while assisting in the development and enforcement of HR policies. β’ If you are passionate about human resources and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
β’ Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required) β’ Around 5 years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. β’ Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting. β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
β’ Manage employee lifecycle activities, including benefits administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding. β’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. β’ Assist with HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement. β’ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. β’ Provide support to the Recruiter in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. β’ Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. β’ Handle administrative tasks such as daily procurement, employee scheduling, document management, and expense reimbursements
