• Grey Street Consulting, LLC is seeking to hire a Human Resources Senior Processor • Support clients within the Government Publishing Office • Inputs and verifies documents for employment in the USA Staffing system • Creates and/or updates personnel reports based on program, auditing or special project needs • Researches complex pay and personnel policy questions • Assists managers and supervisors on automated data processing equipment and systems • Provides guidance to selectees during the initial onboarding process • Conducts the review of personnel forms for completeness and accuracy • Ensures actions are entered into the National Finance Center (NFC) database by established timeframes • Provides advisory services on recruitment/staffing related to personnel actions and hiring • Reviews and resolves discrepancies in personnel actions • Reviews certificate and selection package documents prior to making Final Job Offer
• Strong knowledge of coding and processing personnel actions • Experienced with USA Staffing including Selection Manager and Onboarding modules • Skill and working knowledge of NFC/EPIC web • Skill and working knowledge of GRB • Basic knowledge of the full range of recruitment, placement, position management, classification, compensation, performance management, and personnel support services • Skill and working knowledge of National Finance Center’s EmpowHR system • Skill and working knowledge of OPM’s eOPF system • Skilled in using Windows Operating Systems • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Utilizes the following systems: NFC, EmpowHR, Epic, eOPF, GRB, USA Staffing, Sharepoint, MS Teams, HC Dashboard
