β’ 5+ years of professional experience working for fast-growing, global companies β’ 4+ years experience in Workday configuration for Core HCM and Advanced Compensation required β’ Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration β’ Experience in Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S. and International locations β’ Experience writing and completing test scenarios for system implementations and enhancements β’ Experience leading and configuring Compensation grids for the annual review process β’ Strong understanding of HR best practices, HR processes, and compliance β’ Partner with developers in Workday Studio and Integrations β’ Familiar with Agile methodologies and prioritization β’ Ability to prioritize workload and deliver enhancements or fixes on time without supervision.
