• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in HRIS and HR reporting, analysis, and insights; 5-7+ years of total HR experience is ideal • Experience within Media, digital marketing, technology, or tech-enabled services environments preferred • Proficiency in using various HRIS system functionalities for employee data management, reporting, and analysis. • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management, exceptional analytical skills, and an eye for detail • A data-focused and process-driven mindset • Advanced level Excel or Google Sheets skills including macros, pivot tables, and some VBA • Experience building & maintaining file feeds with vendors • Experience in an org-wide HRIS implementation • Ability to analyze data critically to find meaningful insights • Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities • A solution-minded approach to overcoming challenges and designing effective solutions • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Proven ability to scale data reports and experience working with large and complex datasets • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally and convey information effectively • Ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences in clear and accessible ways • Dedication to strong ownership, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
