β€’ You will be expected to know the CAC for various channels, Google, Bing, Meta, and other social media platforms. β€’ Understand the top objections and concerns a potential customer has and how to overcome them on a landing page. β€’ Manage teams to hit specific revenue and profit goals for ED marketing. β€’ Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness. β€’ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. β€’ Develop and implement product marketing initiatives to promote services effectively. β€’ Utilize data to back marketing strategies and articulate the impact of marketing actions. β€’ Develop and manage creative assets for paid media campaigns and conversion-focused content. β€’ Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and continually optimize marketing efforts.

β€’ Experience taking ownership in the marketing efforts or a company selling ED medication. β€’ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment, navigating ambiguity and driving results amidst rapid growth and evolving priorities. β€’ Proven experience in hiring, firing, managing and growing teams. β€’ Proven experience driving results through multiple startup companies. β€’ Demonstrated success in developing and managing creative pipelines for digital ads, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, from ideation to execution. β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Highly organized, process-oriented with high standards and attention to detail. β€’ Experience in growth marketing and product marketing within a startup environment. β€’ Proven track record of leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and actions.
