Description

• Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data engineering and business intelligence efforts. • Enable informed decision-making through accessible and actionable data insights. • Foster a collaborative environment where data is valued and utilized. • Contribute to the development of a robust data culture. • Support the Director in establishing performance metrics for data initiatives. • Champion initiatives for data quality, integrity, and standardization. • Lead the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting solutions. • Automate workflows and enhance ETL, data integration, and infrastructure for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines. • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data engineering. • Skilled in gathering user requirements and facilitating user testing and documentation. • Enthusiastic about data democratization. • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. • Communicate clearly and effectively, fostering collaboration. • Extensive experience with SQL, data architecture, and BI tools.
