Description

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in engineering, with 3+ years in management roles, preferably in high-growth startups or technology companies. • Strong background in software development, with knowledge of relevant technologies such as Rust, Go, distributed systems, or blockchain. • Proven ability to lead teams across multiple time zones. • Track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and align engineering efforts with broader business objectives. • Solution-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results. • Experience with blockchain protocols, smart contract development, or decentralized applications (dApps) (preferred). • Knowledge of Move or Rust (preferred). • Proven ability to scale teams and processes in a startup environment (preferred).
