Description

• Lead quality assurance efforts for Falcon Prevent cybersecurity product. • Provide technical and managerial leadership for the Quality Assurance team. • Define, measure, and improve key quality metrics and KPIs. • Lead efforts in end to end testing to enhance product reliability. • Troubleshoot complex quality assurance issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for quality-focused changes. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in management roles • Advanced knowledge of automated testing frameworks and quality strategies including manual testing, automation, and white/black box testing at scale • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices for resilient software development • Proficiency in testing across multiple platforms (Linux, Mac, Windows) and cloud environments • Experience with browser automation and API testing • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead strong QA teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly at all levels, from engineering to executive staff • Experience working with remote teams while ensuring quality and testing velocity • Bonus Points: MS in Computer Science or related field • Experience in cybersecurity product testing or development • Familiarity with agile development methodologies • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with performance testing and security testing practices • Familiarity with Python and general understanding of C/C++
