• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required. • 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM systems management, and operational campaign execution within the telecommunications or related industry. • 5+ years of current experience managing large teams, projects and building structure and processes. • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced environment. • Expertise in Marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, CRM systems and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
