Requirements
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment • You quickly build strong relationships and are a trusted thought partner to your hiring managers • You have effective screening and interview skills and consistently demonstrate sound judgment • You are analytical and use data to develop, drive, and refine your approach • You are committed to hiring diverse and inclusive teams, and you build strategies and candidate pipelines that support these efforts • You have strong communication skills and are able to adeptly navigate sensitive and complex conversations • You are an adaptable problem-solver who brings tenacity, creativity, and a customer-service mindset • You take ownership and continuously seek to improve your hiring process and outcomes
