Requirements
• 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. • Hands-on experience with Apttus CLM configuration, workflows, and templates. • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration and optimization. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, validation rules, and automation tools. • Experience with integrations between Apttus CLM, Salesforce, and third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign, CPQ). • Proven ability to document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or other Salesforce certifications. • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus or Conga CLM. • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies. • Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
