Description
• Create development tasks and specification documents that align with business requirements • Perform system internal testing of all solutions requested to development or configurations for standard functionality • Write support documentation for every project on the implemented solution • Work together with the development team to provide clarification for the proposed solutions • Write architecture design documents translating business requirements • Manage day to day project execution for all assigned projects • Coordinate deliverables between operations, development, architecture, and support teams • Join customer meetings to request information to define the solution design • Log time tracking daily for customer/noncustomer activities • Manage Customers relationship and escalations (1st point of escalation) • Accountable for Project Execution and Results
Requirements
• 5 to 7 years of experience • 80% Utilization + NetSuite ERP Consultant certification • Celigo, Boomi, Avalara certification • Strong communication skills • Strong customer experience focus • Leadership skills • Virtual presentation skills • Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience • IT/Business consultant background • Language skill: English, Full professional proficiency • Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party logistics partners
