📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • The Director of Client Success is responsible for hunting new territory and developing new business. • This is a critical and highly visible position that is integral to growing revenue and maintaining client relationships at Brkthru. • The Director of Client Success (CSD) reports to the Regional Director (RD) of Client Success. • Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with occasional mandatory travel for training and offsites, provided with advance notice, and in-market travel for sales positions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in new business sales within the advertising industry • 2+ Digital Media experience highly preferred (Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, etc) • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills • Excellent internal communication within all departments • Possess and demonstrate the company Core Values • Proven track record of achieving (or exceeding!) sales quotas • Ability to travel for client and internal meetings as need • Based within a priority sales market
