🎯 Requirements

• Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en vente, en gestion des affaires, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe, souhaitable. • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente de chaussures et de textile. • Expérience de la vente au détail spécialisée (course à pied) d'au moins un an requis • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais des affaires. • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles permettant d'inspirer et d'établir la confiance, ce qui se traduit par des relations de travail efficaces dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise. • Une attention particulière aux détails dans la planification, l'organisation et l'exécution des tâches, tout en ayant une vue d'ensemble et en comprenant comment toutes les pièces s'emboîtent et s'influencent mutuellement. • Démonstration de l'innovation et de l'initiative - toujours chercher à améliorer nos produits et nos processus tout en faisant preuve d'une volonté de se plonger dans les détails et d'apporter son aide lorsque cela est nécessaire. • 70 % de déplacements sont nécessaires. • Compétence informatique générale dans les produits Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la présentation. • Capacité à écouter et à comprendre les besoins des clients. • Capacité à fournir une analyse et un retour d'information sur les ventes, tant au niveau de la société Brooks que des comptes. • Adopter et vivre les valeurs de Brooks !
