• Réalisation des objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs sur le secteur • Vendre toutes les gammes disponibles sur les canaux de distribution confiés, dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise (bien la connaître) • Aider à atteindre vos objectifs et à vous développer en vous fournissant des retours réguliers et un accès à des formations en ligne. • Conseiller le client au développement de son business au travers de la démarche merchandising (Produits, Prix, Promotions, emplacement)
🎯 Requirements
• Bac+3/5 – Idéalement avec une 1ere expérience ou stage dans le secteur de la grande distribution. • Esprit d'équipe • Optimiste • Aptitude à convaincre • Organisation et Rigueur • Autonomie • Agilité à accepter des missions complémentaires ou de nouveaux segments à vendre. • Maîtriser le Pack Office • Être à l'aise avec l’ensemble des outils digitaux. • Permis B indispensable : déplacements à prévoir sur le secteur de vente. • Prévoir de découcher régulièrement pour optimiser les déplacements et assurer l’équilibre Vie Personnelle, Vie Professionnelle.
